Description: Metcalf’s lake home is located on generally quiet Atkins Lake in a wooded, private portion of the Chequamegon National Forest. The main floor of the home has a full kitchen with new gas stove, dining room table, lakeside living room with flat screen TV (local channels only) and DVD player, 2 bedrooms and full bath. Walkout from the living room onto the deck overlooking the grassy yard, private dock and lakefront with good swimming.

The upper floor has a bedroom, sitting room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The walkout lower level rec room has a pool table.

Enjoy beautiful, clear water Atkins Lake from the end of the dock or in the included 14 foot boat (motor not included) or 2 canoes. Atkins Lake is 176 acres with a maximum depth of 80 feet and offers lots of fishing variety. There are walleyes, largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike and even some stocked rainbow trout. There is a public boat landing and county park nearby with a picnicking area and sandy beach and swimming area.

Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
