The 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home sits on the beautifully wooded shores of Lac Courte Oreilles with an expansive southerly view of this popular recreational lake. A gently sloping walkway leads beneath the tall hardwoods to the lakeshore and a nice swimming area with a private pier. There is a conveniently placed bench on the waterfront offering a relaxing place to look out over the clear waters. A concrete and brick outdoor patio area with a gas grill and picnic table is another quiet site on the property to enjoy the scenic beauty of Wisconsin’s Northwoods.

The interior of the home centers on the stone, wood burning fireplace in the living room. The carpeted living room looks out towards the lake and has a TV, ceiling fan, comfortable sofa and chairs. The location of the dining room table also allows you to survey the landscape over a meal. The adjacent kitchen includes an island for extra counter space, electric stove/oven, toaster, coffeemaker, blender and microwave.

The home has four bedrooms all with ceiling fans. 3 of the bedrooms have double size beds and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds in it.

Measuring more than 5,000 square aces and with a maximum depth of 90 feet, the recreational opportunities abound on the deep, clear waters of Lac Courte Oreilles. As one of the ten largest lakes in the State, Lac Courte Oreilles offers plenty of room for anglers and recreational boaters alike. The lake contains healthy populations of bluegill, largemouth and smallmouth bass, muskellunge, northern pike and walleye. With its good water clarity, boating and swimming are popular recreational activities, too.

Well Behaved pets welcome. $50 pet fee per stay for first pet. Second Pet is additional $100 Pet Fee. Pet owner responsible for cleaning up after pet and any damages. If your pet cannot behave, please kennel it.

Please Note - Rates do not include sales & room taxes. The maximum occupancy per property is to be respected; more than the allotted number of guests is grounds for termination; tents, campers and RV’s are not allowed. Parties found with pets in homes without prior approval will be charged a $200 cleaning fee and pet will need to be removed if caught in a non pet-friendly home.

Booking Fee: Cabin stays of 2 or 3 nights will be charged a booking fee of $27. Cabin stays of 4 nights or longer will be charged $53. This Booking Fee will be charged when the reservation is made. This Booking Fee will not be refunded if a cancellation is made.
