Evergreen Beach Retreat is a spacious vacation home with beautiful sand beach, low elevation and 225 feet of shoreline located on Placid Lake, a part of the Tiger Cat Flowage near Hayward, Wisconsin. Guests of all ages will love the great sandy beach area and excellent swimming with sand bottom, 14 foot aluminum row boat with oars, clear water, private dock and swimming raft. The large, grassy yard includes a fire ring overlooking the beach and lake, and playground equipment, too.

A large deck with picnic table and gas grill sits beneath tall trees providing guests with a wonderful spot overlooking a classic Northwood's scene full of lake, beach, wildlife, sky and trees.

Sliding patio doors lead from the lakeside deck into the open kitchen and dining area. With a large dining room table and four stools around the kitchen island, there is plenty of room for everyone at meal time. With a clean, modern kitchen including gas stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer, meal prep and clean up is easy!

The spacious, open interior features central air conditioning, log beams, log railings, wood walls and ceiling fans throughout. The large, carpeted living room features ample space to spread out and relax. Comfortable living room furniture invites you to gather around the TV with DVD player and Satellite TV.

The roomy, carpeted, walkout lower level includes a pool table, an inviting sitting area and a wet bar with large screen TV for enjoying the game. There are 2 half baths downstairs, too. The lower level walks out onto a concrete patio with outdoor furniture overlooking Placid Lake.

The main level has a master bedroom bath suite with pullout sofa sleeper, wall mounted large screen TV, queen bed, closet and ceiling fan. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The carpeted upper level has 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Two of these bedrooms each have 1 set of bunk beds with double bottoms in them. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan.

The Evergreen Beach Retreat vacation rental is located on Lake Placid, the southern most 160 acre part of the Tiger Cat Flowage. Located only minutes from Hayward, WI, the Tiger Cat Flowage is 1700 acres in size with a max depth of 30 feet. The six interconnected lakes are known for quality recreational boating and good fishing for muskies and bass. There are also bluegills, walleye and crappie populations. There are several taverns and restaurants on the Tiger Cat Flowage as well as public boat access on Lake Placid.
