At a little over 1,000 acres, Teal Lake offers excellent fishing and quiet boating (designated as a "Quiet Lake" there is a 10 mph speed limit.) Teal Lake is connected via a scenic and navigable channel with Lost Land Lake. Combined both lakes total nearly 2,500 acres and are famous for excellent fishing. There are a number of restaurants and taverns on the lakes accessible by boat.

# 84B Birch Bark Lodge
Birch Bark Lodge on Teal Lake is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom and 2 bath lake home located on the shores of one of the Hayward Area’s most popular “Quiet Lakes”.
The spacious, open layout features a roomy family/dining area with a large screen TV with a DVD player, and dining room table. Sliding doors lead out from the kitchen/dining area to the lakeside deck with its table, chairs and gas grill. The kitchen with its breakfast counter and stools, gas stove and oven and full size refrigerator/ freezer opens into a second dining area and the large living room. Anchored by a double sided, stone fireplace, the comfortable living room sofas are perfectly arranged to enjoy both a cozy fire and the beautiful panorama of the lake.
Of the four bedrooms, one is actually its own bedroom suite with a separate entrance, 2 sets of bunk beds, wood burning fireplace, full bath and sofa. The wood finished interior also features numerous ceiling fans and wall mounted air conditioning units throughout the single level home.
The terraced lakeside yard leads gently down to a level, grassy lakefront. With a mowed lakeshore and sandy lake bottom, this is a fine swimming area. There is a private dock and lakeside fire pit perfect for enjoying the view of Teal Lake, too.

# 84A Pine Cone Cottage
Pine Cone Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin and is only a few, grassy feet from the sandy shores of Teal Lake. The open floor plan offers plenty of living space including basic kitchen (full size refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans) and living room grouped around the stone fireplace. The porch with all its windows, comfortable seating and table serves as a wonderful sunroom perfect for reading, relaxing and gathering. One bedroom has 2 twin beds in it while the other bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. There is also another twin bed on the porch.
