One of the most popular features of this Northern Wisconsin vacation rental is the wrap around, country-style porch. The covered, open porch makes a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunny southeasterly exposure. Thanks to grassy, lake level elevation there is easy access to the private dock and 150 feet of lakefront with relatively sandy, hard lake bottom which makes for a nice swimming and wading area. The dock with bench extends out into Garden Lake, one of the interconnected sections of 3,300 acre Lake Namakagon. Managed as a trophy musky lake and home to healthy populations of walleye, bass and pan fish, Lake Namakagon is popular with fishermen and water recreationists alike!

The home has a pull through, blacktopped driveway that loops through the large backyard and allows plenty of space for parking. The rental also includes use of a single stall in the detached garage.

Multiple doors make it easy to come inside off the porch into the recently updated interior featuring a new kitchen, hardwood floors, knotty pine, ceiling fans and tasteful Northwoods decor. The remodeled kitchen has plenty of cupboards, ceiling fan, a large island with granite countertop and several kitchen stools. The kitchen includes a full size bottom freezer refrigerator, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster.

The lakeside dining area off the kitchen has a comfortable dining room table, large screen television set with satellite TV, VCR/DVD player and a wide bank of windows overlooking the waterfront. The first floor also has a full bath with separate shower room off the kitchen and a spacious living room.
